Saudi blogger Raif Badawi has flogging delayed
Second round of lashes delayed amid worldwide outcry against punishment, but no official explanation given the Saudi blogger sentenced to 1,000 lashes, had his punishment delayed again on Friday amid a worldwide outcry and medical opinion that he was not fit for further lashings.
No official explanation was offered for the delay.
"No flogging for today; I repeat my appeal to his majesty King Salman to pardon my husband #RaifBadawi and stop his flogging," wrote his wife, Ensaf Haidar, on Twitter.
